It is vitally important that a mainsail is protected from damaging UV light when stored on the boom. A sail’s lifespan that has continually been exposed to this sort of light can be reduced by up to 50%! C&J Marine have developed a Sailcover that is a simple, yet perfect design to protect your sail when not in use, therefore maximising the usable life of a mainsail. The cover is proportioned so that even if the sail is not stowed as neatly as one might like, the C&J Sailcover always looks good!
The C&J Sailcover is manufactured in a UV stable acrylic canvas that allows some of the condensation that builds up on the sail to evaporate through the sailcover. Acrylic canvas is available in a wide range of colours and, as with all products manufactured by us, is supplied with a 12 month warranty against defective workmanship and/or materials.
