C&J Upholstery understand the importance of all round comfort and a good nights sleep.  In response to this we offer a superb range of foams that will give you an unrivalled level of comfort and when combined with modern fabrics can totally change the appearance and comfort in and around your vessel.

We have a large portfolio of fabrics available that range from plain vinyl, machine washable, Dralons, and velvets to the ultimate in luxury of Alcantara and leather.  These fabrics have been carefully selected for the marine market avoiding high cotton content.  C&J Upholstery have also sourced a collection of fabrics that are waterproof and will not support the growth of mildew.  At the same time they are breathable and wipe clean making them a very practical choice for those with young families, charter boats or entertaining on board.  Our Upholstery department operate a policy of constant research and development in sourcing new technologically advanced fabrics and materials designed to suit all applications.

The foams used inside your vessel are flame resistant to BS5852, and in most cases topped with a layer of polyester wadding to offer a soft finish to the cushions.  This wadding also reduces the potential ‘creeping' of the fabric on the foam.

We cleverly combine traditional methods and skills with modern machinery and are able to add those important details and final touches such as kneerolls and lumbar supports, to create a more comfortable shape.
