A brand new Sprayhood and Grab Handle to suit a 1999 onwards Bavaria 31 C&J Marine Cockpit Enclosure. The Sprayhood, made in Navy Blue (29) acrylic canvas, comes with a 2x 7/8" stainless steel frame, standard endplugs, clamps and deck fittings and will provide exceptional practical and secure protection to enhance the sailing on board your Bavaria 31.

The Cockpit Enclosure as above also suits a 1999 onwards Bavaria 31 C&J Marine Sprayhood. The Cockpit Enclosure, also made in Navy Blue (29) acrylic canvas, comes with a 2x 7/8" stainless steel frame, standard endplugs, clamps and deck fittings and has the added bonus of a break down kit! (Breakdown kit consists of 4 extra joins in the frame and 2 storage bags, 1 for the Enclosure and 1 for the frame)

All of the items were manufactured in a superior Blue Tweed Acrylic Canvas, with the exception of the window covers which were manufactured using a high UV stable mesh fabric to protect the varnish inside the cockpit.

A customer and Westerly Ocean Quest owner recently pointed us in the direction of Bill and Sue Redgrove who are currently ‘Sailing the Dream’ around the world in their beloved Westerly Sealord ‘Camomile’. C&J Marine manufactured and installed a Sprayhood and Cockpit Enclosure to ‘Camomile’ in 2005 and can report that, apart from some normal stitching repairs and window replacements, the canopies are performing up to expectations. The owner of the aft cockpit Westerly Ocean Quest, is really pleased with the Sprayhood, Cockpit Enclosure and Pack-A-Main, we made for ‘Sea Quest’. We used 3d software to model the cockpit and coachroof of ‘Sea Quest’ and to design the Sprayhood and Cockpit Enclosure. As you can see, the result is stunning!

Although Sunbrella® marine acrylic canvas is not our preferred first choice for Sprayhoods, Bimini’s, Cockpit Enclosures, Dodgers etc; here at C&J Marine we have always offered the option of using the Sunbrella® brand of marine canvas for your cover or upholstery project.

A lot of our customers use the term Sunbrella® when generally describing acrylic canvas (think vacuum cleaner and hoover!……), and this can sometimes be a bit confusing. Some of our competitors are even implying that we do not use Sunbrella® marine canvas; not true…but we have used our prefferred choice of marine acrylic canvas since 1989 and will continue to do so, as we believe it offers our customers exceptional value and quality.

However, should Sunbrella® marine canvas interest you for your C&J Marine Bimini, Sprayhood or Cockpit Enclosure; no problem!……

All of the products were manufactured in the stunning NEW C&J Marine colour, DARK GREY 25 acrylic canvas.  The Sprayhood consisted of three clear view window panels in the front, along with 2 optional extra side windows for all round view.  The Sprayhood also boasted the attachment of a high quality stainless steel C&J Marine Grab Handle.

The addition of the C&J Marine Cockpit Enclosure, again manufactured in the new Dark Grey 25 acrylic canvas, zipped to the Sprayhood was the perfect compliment for the Sprayhood.
